I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. š¤¦āāļø So disappointing! ā¹ *See attached image.

If you saw a pelican in North Carolina while sitting on a beach, it was most likely a Brown Pelican (Pelecanus occidentalis). These large birds live strictly in saltwater habitats near the oceanās coastline. Interestingly, they rarely venture into the open ocean, choosing to stay within 20 miles of the shore.
When Iām visiting the beach, I love seeing how Brown Pelicans elegantly fly just over the waterās surface. While these water birds are common today, believe it or not, they almost went extinct in the mid-20th century due to DDT poisoning.
Itās also a lot of fun watching Brown Pelicans hunting for fish! First, they fly high into the sky and then plunge aggressively headfirst into the water. These dives are meant to stun the surrounding fish, which then are scooped up with their enormous throat pouch and swallowed whole.
