I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I love the puzzle as I live in Shingletown. It was very difficult! But the letters that say "Gateway To Lassen" are CUT OFF it only shows part of the quotes. 🤦♀️ So disappointing! ☹ *See attached image.

The Irish people are given the credit for inventing the tradition of decorating pumpkins. As legend has it, a man named Stingy Jack played a trick on the devil in order to make money. This trick had repercussion because when Jack died, not only did he not obtain entrance to Heaven, but the Devil wouldn’t let him into Hell, either. Instead, he was sentenced to wander the Earth for eternity.
The tradition of carving scary faces into vegetables began with this story. The goal was to carve images that were scary enough to scare Stingy Jack away. The Irish began carving the faces into turnips, and eventually the tradition continued with pumpkins.
